I think on some issues it is better to go along to get along. A lot of Americans think they have the low-down on God, and want to share it.

So long as they keep it very general and it consists mostly of meaningless platitudes ("In God we trust" "God loves you" "God is the creator of all things") I don't think it is a battle worth fighting.
