Ohio. Suppose it's shown Kerry actually DID take it. What then?

One of two scenarios come to mind:

1. Bush concedes that the election was conducted under fraudulent conditions and graciously steps down.

2. A large cadre of Republican lawyers lock up the whole process in court, appealing and appealing to higher and higher courts...till they get to the US Supreme Court...refer to 2000 for the final result.
