None of the above. Not to lend any credence to the ridiculous notion that Kerry actually won Ohio, but if the state of Ohio certified the election of the Republican slate of Electors, then their votes in the Electoral College count, regardless of what subsequent recounts and challenges may find. Since the Electoral College already elected Bush, recounts and challenges at this point are moot as far as Bush's reelection goes.

The only realistic (however sad) goal of the Dems at this point is to embarrass Bush and the GOP, and to try to make "Bush stole the election" the Democrat war cry for 2008 just like it was last year.

It's a loser strategy, but that's what we've come to expect from them. ;-)
