Racists everywhere! I wonder how they measure Vietnameseness. Well, I agree with you, Maurice...but it is the case. There are a lot of things that are illogical in Vietnam, which gives the place a certain odd charm. Airline tickets for flight within the country are one price for Vietnamese (of any citizenship), and twice that cost for anyone else.. And yes, I have witnessed a person's level of Vietnameseness negotiated with various officials and ticketing agents. scott
