Presidential decision is a very powerful tool in the right hands.......don't under estimate a Presidents power or lack of........ Nixon is my all time favorite and one of my Heros, although a little paranoid, he knew what was going on in the world and where we fit or were going to fit..... A LITTLE paranoid????? Foreign policy: A+ Domestic election politics: F- he played Henry Kissinger like a fiddle... WHO played WHO? Truman was another President that wasn't afraid to use his powers... OK. the absolute most ineffectual, bumbling, mislead clod of a President in my lifetime, so far anyway, is Jimmy Carter....... I won't even try to dispute that. Bush is a pathetic example of how far down the ladder of GeoPolitical expertise we have fallen since Nixon..... not to mention his total lack of Gravitas (look it up)... I am fluent in English, thank you. Could be worse. Could be Carter.
