Elgindy..hung jury or not guilty.
Royer..guilty of some minor charge for giving tony info from FBI computers. Possibly the obstruction charge. I would bet every cop in the country is guilty of accessing NCIC for personal reasons.

I originally thought tony might be found guilty on the extortion charge but if paul brown offered stock to troy and tony didnt ask for it, that doesnt seem like it would fit the burden of proof for extortion. Especially when you consider that 2/3's of the stock wasnt for tony. If paul brown mentioned paying off elgindy to troy and all troy did was act as a go between to broker the deal, it would seem more like Brown was trying to pay hush money. Could the insuing negotiations constitute extortion? guess we will find out in a few days.
