So basically we have the same program costs. instead of paying directly the benefits of others they will invest that money in their own private SS fund. It's that we will now shift from IOU's to real loans.

Now who will that benefit? Banks? Brokerage firms? Hmmm those guys are at the top of Bush's campaign contributions.
