Still not completely understanding. If we remove a revenue stream we will have to replace it with something or we'll cut benefits.

I will have to do some more reading on how the SS slush fund is used. Sounds like some charletan accounting practices.

I think they should make the programs optional. You could opt for the current SS system, but the pols need to quit double dipping into it to pay for other programs, or you could opt for a personal investment acct that would work like a 401k. Or perhaps a combo of each.
