unsophisticated in stocks but jury will understand that defendants are very sophisticated, 1 fbi, 1 self-styled champ trader. jurors won't get some of the nuances of insider information but they will understand extortion. free shares and sheeple stop shorting afterwards, lots of sheeple follow. it's the smell test, baby and that's the name of that tune.
