LOL. Good theory. Actually, I think the Bush-monster would be happy to bring our troops home today, if the Iraqis had shown an ounce of desire to secure their own homeland. But when you have Iraqi force running headlong whenever any danger approaches, it's hard to justify brining our troops home and leaving the country a shambles.

For better or for worse, I believe like Powell does: "If you break it, you own it." And we own it now. So we need to fix it before we leave.
