It is tough for alll of us to guess as we were not there and really only got to read the news clippings. Assuming the journalists were impartial and reported it objectively which may or may not have been the case I would say that he will be found guilty and because he has prior convictions may spend a few more years courtesy of the tax payer. Of course, he still faces the impersonation charges and it being post 9/11 I am not sure what the penalties are for that stuff but we all know ho strict they are on everything regarding air travel is.
