Funny you should mention.

Lately, there have been an awful lot of people using the (mostly empty) HOV lanes in Seattle to pass other cars in the far right lanes. Usually those fast little Hondas or beemers, or big 4X4s. They go around the slower drivers and zip back into the "fast lane."

I've been tempted to do it myself.
