I find this completely perplexing. I will add it to the growing list of things I do not understand about this market.

Plaza Accord 2 has already happened, and we just don't know about it. Ceiling and floor for the dollar, agreement to continue to buy our debt, and Yen printing to infinity and beyond. The hard part of the deal is the USA promise that the consumer will keep spending at a rate that will ultimately lead to all loans of all types being interest only, forever.
