Well, Summers had to have anticipated that discussing genetic differences would cause an outcry. It's almost impossible to do so without sounding like a bigot. What is the point of bringing it up unless you want to air your personal prejudices?

Speaking of this, I am given to understand that there are actually several effective black quarterbacks in the NFL, despite Rush Limbaugh's opining that this was not possible.
