I don't know what your experience has been, but as I told someone else in a PM yesterday, the hardest part of the whole process for me is talking to the people I plan to give the various roles to and making sure they are willing to serve.

I know this is a critical part, but it is also the part I don't like! I keep putting it off just delaying the process.
