Clever, you're no longer partners, except in the past your were a "bidness" partner of the alleged extortionist, racketeer and obstructer of justice AP. Now why would you ever partner with him if you "don't short stocks"? Does that mean you only played long while the entire aim of the AP site was to short? If you only post opinions then maybe you should ask to change your nick to "opinionmaker," much more accurate, for present nick and posting style implies that what you say is the gospel truth; at the same time, you ignore the issues, and these are fair questions. You have not answered whether or not you traded while making recs at AP's site. You also don't say whether or not you had any information about the "bidness" going on there, specifically involving activities that now form prosecutor Breen's federal indictment. I'm sorry, but I feel these are fair questions, all things considered. Many posters here are discussing the issues. Even Peter Michaelson who testified without counsel spoke here in public after his testimony. But you partnered with AP and you don't address any of the issues at all. Why not?
