you raise some very excellent issues and have figgered out the sheeple motivation very well. given your knowledge of our court processes, you realize that much comes out at trials and that's one small reason why most cases plea or settle. those "trails from trials and trials from trails," may provide some civil litigants with some ammunition, even if the criminal road gets short-circuited. the scope of potential civil relief seekers could be companies, could be distraught longs, could be administrative authorities. your mileage may vary with imagination. who nose? hmmm, do you smell a rat? now that i think ovit z, maybe it won't short circuit so fast. butt nobody likes them rhodent scholars in da big house.

Back to your issues - a tough call criminally, but perhaps not so tough under civil sec regs is whether publishing an opinion --AFTER guru and sheeple trade on it --provides the basis of a claim under those regs. that goes to the heart of your questions to others here. author may not have to be a partner or may not actually trade to be part of a conspiracy or to be part of an enterprise. publishing a paper on the internet, as part of a press release may be enough to be part of a manipulative scheme, even without a business partnership or allocated profits. get into the mind, the intent of the publisher and the extent of the association, "where dem facts come from, huh?"

i 'member a raining guru wannabee who called hisse'f a ANALyst and published his reports, just a POURED out them insults all over da place. lots wondered whether there was trading before the publication. lots of volume. was it a shell game? or just a try to manipulate the gold (without lifting a working) finger? an odd job so to speak without the deadly hat, but with the true facts hidden by the conspirators???? did gert get the knox legit or were the leaks the key and the volume thus created a way to excape? lots of good quesions for the riddler to ponder. of course "t'aint me," is the likely answer we'll get to these.

Usta work here, back in dem days when the ole CAPS, the bold and the less than beautiful but effective =====================>GURU ATTACK ARROWS, brought the sheeple into the play, as they drooled and grueled the meal presented to them, continuing the "association" perhaps.

was the easy money -- the calls that were right 100% of the time really worth it now in retrospect? i'm a guessin' that the "t'aint me" crowd would like to go back and be a bit less ready to bleat their best sheeple-speak.
