I know of no person who is capable of rendering an unbiased assessment of themselves. I have many shortcomings, not least of which is the use of too many excuses. Losing patience with self destructive behavior is not an excuse, it is a behavior. You can be disappointed with your behavior, and still believe you are good person. IMO you are a good person.
