My technical indicators are very bullish short-term (in the next 1-2 weeks). The market indices are likely to have 2-3% gains at least, maybe test the Dec. highs. However, I may sell some positions to raise cash on this rally, depends on the technical indicators in the next 1-2 weeks. I am not using the indicators to make big bets, just to adjust net long from 100% down to 50-75%. The first two weeks in Jan was brutal to the small tech stocks I own. My portfolio was under performing the market definitely. I hope in the long run it will work out.
