I was amazed at it when it crossed the wire today. Why would they sell for less than stock value? Is it a sweat heart deal. Management and directors being bought off on the back side. Or did arbitragers bid it up artificially on the impending deal? I made some money a few years ago and dumped the rest for a tax loss. This has not been a very active thread lately.
