Canada does not have the problem with rabid tort lawyers yet. The final straw came when Democrats in Congress blocked legislation that would have made suing over the preservatives used in Vaccines next to impossible. They laid down and spread the legs for the tort lawyers. (Or do the tort lawyers prefer taking the back door?) I suspect Canada has a healthier vaccine industry than the US. For one, Canadians don't see anything wrong with Socialism. Why would Canadian firms close shop just because the government was forcing price controls on them if they believed that price controls were a public good?
