Yes - I realize that the JMAR light source is just part of the package. However, I thought the WHOLE "package" (light source, stepper, etc.) would be sold TO semiconductor equipment manufacturers - not sold BY them. Or is the whole "package" sold to semi equipment manufacturers, who then turn around and sell it again?
