Gib, I do not know about the mining comapny as I don't invest into that sector. San Telmo Energy seems to be real however. They have a website, post on SEDAR etc and do REAL drilling. In fact I've been looking at them recently but decided to go for AIE.V instead. And regarding "people" this is nuts. I would call it bordering "fear mongering". SME.V has Scott Zimmermann as president, formerly with Evergreen Resources (COO). just that you know it'S pretty clear that dealmakers that asssemble a project get a good chunk of cheap early stage shares. this is the name of the game. However dilution is clearly not much of an issue at Stormcat with it's 15m shares outstanding.. my suggestion is - in these cases - to go to the "mother of all DD" for advice. For Canadian companies, you must go to www.sedar.com - look up the filings, especially the MD&A report of the last date. There management posts narrative and financials about the business from a storyline perspective. rgrds CROSSY
