Thoughtful argument well presented. Will review my thinking in light of the approach you take.

Even if your approach proves to be entirely correct, I suspect I can get the 12% and still be able to sell the shares at or above my purchase price, as long as I leave a decent amount of time before production is projected to fall below 90,000BPD. With as short-sighted as our market seems to be, I would guess I could get another year at least.

I agree with your opinion of E&P companies which is why I own XEC.
