Finder, why don't you shut up? Ascend mngt isn't saying anything because there's nothing new to say! They have said they are comfortable with estimates for the quarter. All you have to do is look at their track record to see that they consistently meet and/or beat estimates. Who cares about an interim 8K report? If it really mattered, companies would report 8K's every month and analysts would revise their ridiculous estimates 3 times as often. This is no 3Com vs Ascend war. They will both continue to grow at 30-50% a year for the next 5 years. The reason: The Information Age, stoopid. Andy
