Citrix Partners provide front line support. Citrix True. the partners are fronting support for both Microsoft and Citrix, and really have to in order to make those product lines profitable at the reseller level. Citrix support is just another level of support that insulates Microsoft. The bigger economic incentive for Microsoft is the marketing function that Citrix is providing that directly generates revenues for Mr. Softie. >>As long as Citrix can keep feeding MS with customers and revenue, MS should reward them. MS have shown themselves to be very self-interested. It is interesting seeing them appearing to assist another company. It's been that way for a long time, and I agree that that as long as the mutually beneficial dynamics remains, especially those benefiting Microsoft, there's no reason to expect it to change.
