rich Well here is the story with Dell. I hate the way they have their ordering department set up...Since I get a discount I have to go through the business division. Saturday I wanted a quote and went through the personal division since I have never been able to talk to my designated sales person in the business division. The personal division says they won't install anything that is not part of the configuration choices on the net. Am going to talk to the business side today to see what they have to say. ..so for instance, I can't get anything but an Iomega controller that goes with the internal Zip drive. they claim the box is very simple to open and the extra stuff comes with user friendly instructions for installation...YEAH RIGHT!!!!! Screwdriver welding...here is a sexist comment... I need a man for all that mechanical and/or technical stuff!! ARRGHHHHHH... Yes, my cab address works...just wanted hotmail for a different reason.
