David Andry, Did you recently post that you had received an Edata package and thought of the TSC company that was supposed to be prior art? If so, I hope you got a good lawyer come Aug.31 because you'll have to spend some of your own money now. :) Its becoming obvious that the previously stated prior art is a big joke and alot of companies will cave in now by Aug. 31. Its put up or shut up time now, trying to depend on Compuserv to save their butt is hopeless. Also seems to me that Compuserv could have saved some money by licensing and saving the lawyer fees. I think in three years,Compserv will have lost most of their market share to the AOL machine by then. :) Harlan
