You are lucky, my best friend from childhood became a leach.

I have lived without money, and I have lived with money, and I would not want to live without money again. This is true of myself even though it is a quote from my mother. Wealth does not confer happiness. Poverty does not confer either happiness or misery.

You must be a very positive influence on her to have her jealous of you. A person is happy when they decide to be happy. If one day you decide to be a redhead, after the dye is applied, you will be for a while. You then must renew your commitment to be a redhead. (Oops, you probably are already a redhead. Substitute some other hair color.) Being happy is like that. I chose to enjoy life. My tag line is "It's a great day to be alive." (Consider the alternative.)

You already have accepted her as she is. Just as you have accepted your conformity to your self image. We can change, but only the one changing can make it happen.
