I'm well aware of black Jews. BTW, Israel encouraged many of them to immigrate as well. I have read some accounts by black Jews voicing discrimination after their arrival in Israel. So yes, there is diversity. Also in religious views. What I don't see in Jews is the Sunni/Shiite type splits. Perhaps I am wrong. I don't see Kurds asking Sunnis to immigrate into Kurdish regions for example.

Surely you are aware that the state of Israel encourages Jewish immigration from all over the world to Israel. I don't seem them trying to encourage, say Anglo Australians. I don't find this surprising either.

Not true either.

If you think Israel was founded in an empty land, or the Pals willingly said, here take my home, you are nuts indeed. You are usually more level headed than that. Have I been annoying you? I'm just stating my views as I see them. I don't hate Jews or love Pals. I'd like peace there. Not the least of which I'd love to visit the region, but don't plan on it anytime soon. With peace the region would be a dynamite tourist destination, especially for europe. Bit more price for us in the USA.

Regarding Jordan in 67. I have read that story. A remarkably bad call on the part of the King no doubt about that!
