I hope that you all have not put all of your eggs in TVI’s basket, this company has reached the top and once again will fall very hard. This company has always been one to tell everyone where they are selling and if you think that no news is good news then you are sadly mistaking. This company has lost more then $60million in market cap in the last 4 months, I will be willing to bet that they will be looking for a NEW CEO by the end of the 1st quarter if the search has not already begun. TVI really missed the boat on this deal……they had the opportunity to buy there largest competitor and failed to do so. Reeves Mfg. was just sold to DHS L.L.C. in Orangeburg, New York. For those of you who do not know who DHS is they are the largest supplier of Quick Erect Shelters in the world. This acquisition could have added additional est. $30million in sales.
