Janice, give me a break, there were investment advisers all over SI, registered or no, they fall under the Investment Advisers Act (IAA):

- TokyoJoe
- Oliver Velez
- Barbara Simon
- Rea
- AP

and many, many more. Failure to register doesn't give an IA a blank check to violate the IAA and defraud the public.
