Smilin' Joe Biden is the Patsy McKee of American politics. He exemplifies the TRAGIC bi-partisan American INTELLECTUAL FAILURE that IS the US Senate. Smilin' Joe Biden, like Patsy, is someone you don't even attempt to have a discussion with because he is just so brain-addled that no amount of discourse can add any value. The recent hearings on Gonzales and Rice, as well as the STUNT on the Electoral College, has ALREADY EXPOSED the US Senate as a permanent weak link in America's armor. Let us have the 2006 election with this Tragedy of the Hundred in mind...
