Craig; Apple spent no money. They printed this document, gave it to powers owners, and said take a hike. There might be a legend of the stock restricting sale for some period of time(6 Mos-2 years) Apple SEC filing will tell this tale. If it part of a clone kill campaign, as Jobs has hinted, it will indeed hurt Apple. What cares Jobs, he has money and a distorted world view. Bad karma here. Bill
