The market seems to like the deal. Both stock are on the gainers list. Competitor FSH is up also. Recent snip-. Fisher Scientific also reiterated its forecast for earnings of between $3.45 and $3.60 per share in 2005. Analysts on average expect the company to earn $3.58 per share. NBSC is just a minnow trying to grow bigger. This minnow and FSH have a working relationship that keeps predators at bay. However you never know when this FSH will get hungry again.
