Upping my small position today in ConocoPhillips by a few shares. Stock's down with other oil stocks today, and there's a Deutsche Securities downgrade on COP that's likely exacerbated the situation for COP.

P/e under 10; history of dividend increases; decent profit margins for the price you pay for the stock; good roe (which may or may not be relevant for a business that deals in depleting assets).

Stock should work out to higher levels over the next few years I will bet.
