Gersh,

You need to finally understand that the corporation with which you made whatever agreement you had previously no longer owns nor operates SI.

Another company purchased and now operates SI.

Ergo, whatever agreement you had with the other company dissolved when they sold SI.

You should feel fortunate that Bob (the new owner) passed as many features along as he did.

It could have been MUCH worse.

Your carping on a now-defunct agreement with a company that no longer owns SI is becoming cumbersome, IMO.
