I don't know. It would have been whatever Terms Of Use existed at that time, and subsequent revisions. However, it's moot since that agreement was with an entity which no longer exists.

Assuming it was substantially the same as the current TOU, the user agrees to everything and the site agrees to not much of anything. Funny how that works, eh? :-)
