Bush is claiming a mandate after this election. No matter, he had no such mandate in 2000 and look how far to the right he's taken this country. I look for Bush to veer Right off the road this term

Mandate...That this election meant the American people approved the war. What a joke. Most Americans think the Iraq war was not justified according to polls. And Bush has one of the lowest approval ratings of all time. And just barely more than half of the vote in 2004 (not counting e-vote unaccountablity).

Mandate? I think what Bush has is country that barely elected him and is growing ever more skeptical of his policies by the hour.
