On Court dates Mr Fink's burden: The analysis of the upcoming ct dates is accurate. Several weeks ago I had that question for Mr F. I was informed that the judge's order that he specify what the specific infringements are by each defendant was totally anticipated and will be ready. Now that amnesty is not being extended, it would be best to have a decision from the Markman hearing ASAP, so they will not be the "foot draggers". Mel
