Clearly, the satellite is programmed to take photos of land only, or land in relation to sea, and the epicentre would have been known only in retrospect.


It's suspicious because they must have satellite pics showing BOTH land and the sea/ocean area where the "epicentre" was located. All they have to provide us with is low-/medium resolution pics or large-scale pics such as this:

We don't need to see their high-resolution pics showing the Sumatra beach resorts and the tourists walking or sunbathing around.... Those are impressive yet useless images: they'd better show us "meteorological pics" --much wider (land) areas together with a larger swathe of the surrounding sea... up to the epicenter!
