Can anyone comment on the likelihood of a company extending the expiration date of warrants that aren't yet in the money? I have owned DCTHW for over a year now. They have a strike of 6.60 and expire Oct 2005. The common has been gaining momentum, moving from about $1 to $3.30 over the past year. I believe it likely that the stock will eventually do very well, assuming favorable results of Phase III trials currently underway.

I would think it would be in the company's interest to extend the warrant expiration and eventually raise those additional funds. But if they don't, obviously, my entire investment in the w's is at risk if the stock doesn't get over $6.60 before October.

If they were to extend the expiration date, when might they typically do that? The closer the date gets, the more this could become like a bad poker game (ggg)

Thanks in advance for any comments.
