That's about the size of it, isn't it? I'll let him think awhile and see if he has any serious questions, because half of what he wrote doesn't even make any sense, such as "does this mean no more context?" as if when you drop moral relativism, you were to stop paying attention to whether a killing was premeditated, done in passion, by accident or in self-defense.

On the contrary, it is the moral relativists who say there is no more context, when in their view the killer and the killed live in different "cultures" (as if human culture were a series of discrete partitions sealing one set of humans off from another, which is also a ridiculous notion to try to base your morality on). Then they judge only the person 'of their own culture' because their judgement can't cross the culture line. Now, that is what I call "no more context".
