Program Administrator
Job Description:
Operations and administrative skills in support of a Program Management Office and/or Consulting Services. Experience with the development and support of operational processes for consulting services, including but not limited to purchasing, financial tracking and analysis, management of program records, proposals and quoting processes, and systems quality processes (including ISO 9000, TL 9000, Sarbanes-Oxley).
In particular, the responsibilities of this specific individual will be to provide support to the Director of Professional Services / Program Management and Program Management team in the following areas: ?Tracking and repository of all Prof Services bids/quotes, pipeline and customer commitments. ?Support of Program Management for organization and retention of Program Records through the lifecycle of project, including statement of work, project plans, test plans, acceptance forms. ?Interface with finance on the Prof Services backlog, working with Program Managers and Professional Services consultants to ensure timely acknowledgement and invoicing of PS Services. ?Provide support to the development of operational processes in support of ISO 9000, Sarbanes-Oxley and/or TL9000.
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or B.A. degree, and be an energetic, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in one or more of the following areas will all be valuable to the candidate: services consulting practice, PMO office, professional services.
