[The following are quotes from a Zwebner "scholar" ;^)] Actually, the complaint states that the reason for the lawsuit is because CNN and the real Wolf Blitzer failed to go after the alias "wolfblitzzer0" on Raging Bull ----believe it or not..that is the reason stated... ----- He is probably talking about the thousands of emails sent to Jackie Dowd, the former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida. They were sent mostly by one of the defendants in the Fashion Rock LLC Rico lawsuit ------- many other agencies were cc'd. The crooked Florida Attorney General replaced Jackie Dowd once she was getting closer to the investigation of Fashion Rock and dealing with other U.S. Government Officials. The new Florida Assistant Attorney General then turned over these emails (which were originally sent to Ms. Dowd under the agreement of confidentiality) to the Fashion Rock people under a Freedom of Information Act request... The CEO of Fashion Rock is Mark Tolner, a ZOCE member. Tolner then sent them to Zwebner.... Zwebner admitted having these emails almost 9 months ago in a phone conversation with Frank Torelli of RipOffReports....
