Okee, the 22nd was the planned startup date assuming we would have to wait until the full 14 day reply time was up. Maybe we still might have to wait until then. DEHC has to say go ahead, and then GRNO has to line up operators to run the plant 24 hours a day. And then there are the new mechanical parts that have been installed but never tried out because they weren't allowed to start it up. Charles
