Well, that's what I'm here for. Just to help with whatever small bit of cooking stuff I can apply. I have a part-time gig at Williams-Sonoma. Get asked the craziest stuff by customers. "I want a slow-cooker insert that's safe to put in my oven on 'Broil' ". Uh ... what are you going to "slow cook" at 550 degrees? A rack of Brontosaurus with Palm Tree Couli? Sheesh!!
