In my case it's not a fear, hell, I'm the Big Dog, I am ten feet tall and bullet proof. It's a matter of adding in a whole different mind set, not to mention a different set of rules.
There are multitudes of ways to invest/gamble (which if truth be known gambling is what "investing" is - you just don't get a free room or drinks)...options, commodities, currencies, hard assets, bonds, going long, going short, betting the ponies, drilling oil wells, etc etc. You can't dance with every girl, even if they are ALL pretty...but it ain't because of fear...personally, I just don't care for short girls, but I like to have the option for a good straddle now and then. <g>
