"China: Bird's Nest Soup, Sea Cucumber, Jellyfish, Rat, Snake, Drunken Shrimp, Jelled Blood, Bear Paws, Cho Do Fu, Tiger Testicles, Owl Soup, Thousand-Year Eggs, Sa Kuo Yu Toe, Fish Flotation Bladder, Bao Bing (Shaved Ice), Pork Uterus, Camel (and Cow) Tendons, Oyster Sauce, Snake Wine"

This list is way too provincial and narrow-minded, and somewhat racist!

Sea cucumber and Jellyfish, are very regular, delicious and nutritious sea food.

Cho Do Fu, must be translated from Cantonese, if I understand right, it should be fried To Fu. I don't think it is weird at all. And if it is weird, why not put a whole bunch of bean product on that list too? ridiculous!

Sa Kuo Yu Toe=fish head cooked in a special kind of pottery
pot. what is that weird about? stupid. And it takes some culture and civilization to figure out that way of cooking.

Bao Bing (Shaved Ice)=sorbet. For Chinese it is weird, but if the word is from Italian, then it is normal. What a joke!
