Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought I read that the jury asked for trading records that had been presented in evidence. I thought this was one of the requests during deliberations. Perhaps, this relates to the specific stocks mentioned in the trial. Getting the information seems to be only part of the allegation. Use of the information would be shown by trading records.
